We are looking for a motivated and eager Trainee Claims Handler who wants to develop within the dynamic world of insurance claims. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the profession under the guidance of experienced claims handlers. You will be trained to independently assess claims, communicate with clients, experts, and other involved parties, and handle cases accurately and efficiently.
As a Trainee Claims Handler, you will begin with an intensive onboarding program where you will become familiar with various types of insurance claims, such as auto, home contents, liability, and property insurance. You will learn how to analyze claims, apply policy conditions correctly, and reach fair and just claim settlements. Additionally, you will develop skills in customer communication, case management, and the use of claims handling systems.
You will work in a team of professionals within an insurance company or claims assessment agency. You will receive personal guidance and coaching, with a strong focus on your professional and personal development. Upon completion of the traineeship, you will be able to work independently as a claims handler.
This position is ideal for recent graduates or starters with a background in law, insurance, business administration, or a similar field.
